OUR PHILOSOPHY

​At FitnFab we strongly believe that Fitness is not only about focussing on physical strength. It's important to have a holistic approach to fitness that includes both physical and mental health. 

While physical fitness is essential to maintain a healthy body, mental fitness is equally important for overall wellbeing. Exercise, a balanced diet and adequate sleep are all key components of physical fitness. Similarly, reducing stress, managing emotions, developing positive thinking patterns and engaging in activities that promote mental wellbeing are essential for mental fitness. Maintaining both physical and mental fitness can help prevent chronic aliments such as heart disease, obesity, diabetes etc., along with improving cognitive function and reducing the risk of depression and anxiety. It also helps individuals lead a purposeful life by improving their ability to perform daily activities, engage in social interactions, and pursue their personal goals. Therefore, in order to live a healthy, disease-free, and purposeful life it is important to adopt a holistic approach to fitness that focuses on both physical and mental wellbeing.

In recent times the definition of Fitness has taken a form of superficial looks and cosmetic perfection. At FitnFab we strongly believe that Fitness includes both physical and mental well-being in order to live a healthy and purposeful life.

Our vision is to create a fitness community which focusses on physical and mental health and supports the members to achieve their fitness goals including management of lifestyle disorders and chronic ailments with minimum dependence on medical aid.
